3. Product Information
We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and weights of our silver jewellery pieces and silver articles as accurately as possible. However, because our items are crafted and finished by hand, minor variations in weight (typically within ±5%), stone color, and sizing may occur. Such variations are a hallmark of artisanal production and shall not constitute a defect or breach of product specifications.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. GST and other applicable local taxes will be charged extra at checkout as per current government tax schedules.
- Prices for precious metals, specifically silver, fluctuate daily based on international bullion market values. Consequently, prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the exact time of order placement shall remain final and binding for that invoice.
- We accept payments via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and major Credit/Debit cards. Production of custom designs or dispatch of catalog inventory will commence only after the receipt of the corresponding deposit or full invoice value.
5. Wholesale Orders
As a B2B wholesaler, we sell specifically to jewellery retailers, boutique owners, online resellers, and corporate buyers. We reserve the right to set Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) or Minimum Order Values (MOV) for wholesale pricing accounts. Orders placed through our website are subject to validation of business credentials. We reserve the right to reject any order that does not meet our wholesale eligibility verification parameters.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We dispatch shipments through trusted, insured third-party logistics companies. Shipping charges are calculated based on the parcel's physical weight, dimensional weight, and destination zip code.
- Estimated delivery timelines provided during order placement are approximate and subject to logistics constraints. Moon Lit Jewels is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by shipping carrier processing issues, extreme weather conditions, or regional holidays.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to examine package seals upon arrival. If you receive a tampered, punctured, or open parcel, please do not accept the package from the delivery agent and immediately notify us with photographic proof.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the commercial B2B nature of our business and metal market fluctuations, we do not accept returns or exchange requests based on aesthetic preferences or slow sales velocity. However:
- If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt by sending clear unboxing video footage and close-up photographs to moonlitjewels925@gmail.com.
- Approved return items must be shipped back to our Sowcarpet warehouse in their original packaging, tag, and invoice. Upon receipt and successful audit of the returned goods, we will issue store credit or replace the item. No cash refunds are processed.

All designs, sketches, photos, logos, graphics, icons, text, and source code displayed on this website are the absolute property of Moon Lit Jewels and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Retail partners are authorized to use our official product photographs specifically for marketing and selling the corresponding purchased stocks. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation of our intellectual assets is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Moon Lit Jewels, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, delay in wholesale deliveries, or inability to access our website. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall never exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for that specific invoice transaction.
